Als Nonlinear Labs mir ihren Flaggschiff-Synthesizer für eine Weile zur Verfügung stellten, habe ich exklusiv damit einen langen Basis-Track eingespielt, den ich in einzelne Passagen eingeteilt habe, um daraus Duo-Tracks zu machen. Obwohl die weiteren Aufnahmen im Nachhinein als Overdubs erfolgten, hört sich das Album wie ein kontinuierlicher Fluss von Sound, wobei die einzelnen Duo-Partner nacheinander ein- und ausgehen. Ich freue mich sehr über die super Beiträge dieser geschätzten Kolleg*innen!
I was able to use the Flagship synthesizer from Nonlinear Labs, creating one long basic track which I then divided up into single passages that were to become duo tracks. Although we did the rest of the recordings as overdubs, the album sounds like a continuous flow, with individual duo partners moving in and out after one another. Excited about the opportunity to work with these amazing colleagues!
